The Online English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students via our interactive online platform. You will create a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment, tailor lessons to meet individual student needs, and help learners achieve their language goals, from conversational fluency to exam preparation.

Online English Teacher's Responsibilities

• Teach Interactive Lessons: Conduct one-on-one or group classes via video platforms like Zoom, Skype, or company-specific software.

Online English Teacher's Requirements

• Hardware: A personal computer (desktop or laptop)
• Internet Connection: A stable, high-speed internet connection.is mandatory. Minimum speeds are often required (e.g., 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload minimum). A wired Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi for stability.
• Peripherals: A high-quality, wired USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone. A built-in webcam may be required for training or team meetings.
• Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from background noise, interruptions, and distractions during working hours.
• Teaching Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120 hours minimum) is highly preferred or mandatory.Certificates must be from accredited institutions.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (online or in-person) is advantageous.
• Active Listening: Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are the busiest times for restaurants.

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
• Language Fluence in Arabic is an added advantage .
